Here at Blow & Blush we want to ensure all our guests we care about yours and our staff's safety just as much as we do about your hair. To continue to deliver an enjoyable and relaxing experience please see our new salon safety measures below:

Bookings:

• All appointments will need to be booked online or over the phone. This can be done by using our online booking system here, or by following our BOOK NOW buttons via Instagram and Facebook. Alternatively please call us on 01622 735482.

• All guests will be asked screening questions ahead of your appointment.

Skin Tests:

• If you require a skin test or consultation please call the salon first and we will book you a time slot to ensure there are never too many people in the salon at any one time.

 

In Salon:

• We have lots of space in salon to ensure social distance regulations are adhered to.

• We have spaced out workstations and have closed off our middle back wash unit with this in mind.

• We have two doorways for the salon, each door is clearly labeled "ENTRY" and "EXIT" - please use accordingly.

• Upon entry to the salon there are clear floor markings 2m apart, showing you where to wait.

• We have also provided a sanitise station located by the entry doorway for guests to use as they enter. Hand sanitiser, tissues and masks* are available here.

• Our toilet is available for customer use and cleaned regularly throughout the day. There are also hygiene wipes and sanitiser located in here.

Refreshments:

Unfortunately we will be unable to provide our usual range of refreshments, however we do have individually bottled water available to all guests.

Masks:

(*)All guests will no longer be required to wear a mask throughout their appointment. If you wish to wear a mask however, that is your choice.

Our Team:

The safety of our team and those around us is our top priority. All the team will no longer be wearing a face mask or face shield but washing hands and using sanitiser upon arrival and between each guest continues.

​

Cleaning:

• We take massive pride in our salon and follow a strict cleaning regime. The entire salon will be cleaned throughout the day and a deep clean will take place at the end of every day.

• Positions and back wash areas will be disinfected and wiped down after every guest.

• All brushes and tools will also be sanitised between each guest.

IMPORTANT:

• Please speak to our team if you are in a higher risk group or have any concerns and we will recommend a quieter time for you.

• Please DO NOT come into the salon or attend your appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in contact with anyone who has the virus. Please call us and we will reschedule your appointment following your isolation period.

• 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
